We use the distinctive sour/salty flavor of capers to show off our beautiful tilapia fillets, while our potatoes are cooked with some of our favorite fresh herbs and pink peppercorns. The whole dish comes together with our sautéed asparagus and lemon caper sauce, a restaurant quality dish right at home!
