A Moroccan take on the American spaghetti and meatballs, this dish is fun to make and even more fun to eat. Orzo (also called risoni) is small rice-shaped pasta which can be used in many recipes instead of rice, in this dish we top it with a carrot and zucchini packed tomato sauce and lamb meatballs.
