This is a Kuwaiti classic just like grandma used to make. Bursting with flavor this intermediate fish and rice dish comprises of seabream cooked on a bed of herb infused rice. It comes with a mango achar (pickle), traditional daqoos, and and green spicy mabooch on the side. Great fun to make and even better to eat.
